HSS blade re-sharpening
We currently have 4 CNC machines dedicated to the sharpening of all types of HSS blades, including segmental & friction types. Loroch & Vollmer technology is used to ensure the very best service quality with next day collections available on request.
TCT blade re-sharpening
We currently have 6 CNC machines dedicated to the sharpening and repair of all types of TCT blades including robot loaded models, enabling lights-out production. Our blade sharpening method will result in longer lasting blades and more sharpens.
Damage repairs
Generally, this is related to repairing blade bodies and TCT tooth replacement, we have 2 x CNC side grinding machines to precisely size the new tooth kerf and apply a clearance angle before the general machines perform the face and top regulation.
